Customer’s funds are protected in the unlikely event of Plus500 encountering financial difficulty. In addition, customers are also protected by the UK’s Financial Services Compensation Scheme to which Plus500 contributes. 100% of the first GBP 50,000 of each customer’s deposit is guaranteed, ultimately by the UK Government.
